WHAT WE DO

Full service, by design.

No juggling separate vendors. One team anticipates what your vessel needs and coordinates every detail.

Vessel Management

Recurring inspections on the schedule you choose, monthly, biweekly, or weekly, with a complete photographic report after every visit and a proactive check following any significant weather.

Full Detailing

Interior and exterior detailing, including ceramic coating, that restores a vessel's finish and preserves it, executed to a standard befitting the boats we are trusted with.

Upholstery

Seating, canvas, and enclosures maintained by vetted specialists, quoted and approved before any work begins.

HOW IT WORKS

The same standard, every single visit.

So you always know exactly what is happening with your boat. No surprises, no guessing.

We Visit

Every visit runs on the schedule you set: monthly, biweekly, or weekly, in every season and any weather. Your vessel receives the same disciplined attention on the day you expect it, without fail.

We Inspect

Each system is checked against our complete inspection standard, from bilge to batteries to lines, so nothing is overlooked.

We Report

Following every visit, you receive a complete photographic record and a clear, professional assessment of your vessel's condition. Direct, precise, and easy to understand.

You Decide

No work is scheduled or billed without your approval, aside from genuine safety concerns, which are addressed immediately and explained afterward.

COVERAGE

Based in Charleston. Running the coast.

Three ports of call, each with its own waters and its own culture. The same standard follows the boat to every one of them.

Charleston

South Carolina · Home Port

Our home port, where Charleston Harbor meets the barrier islands beneath the Ravenel Bridge. The waters we know best, and where the standard began.

Hilton Head Island

South Carolina

A short run down the Lowcountry coast, home to some of the most discerning owners on the Atlantic seaboard.

Myrtle Beach

South Carolina

Up the Grand Strand from Charleston, with a busy fleet of sport fishing boats and cruisers along the Waterway.

OUR STANDARD

A real relationship. Not a work order.

From Charleston Harbor to the barrier islands beyond, we manage vessels from twenty to eighty feet, including sport fishing boats, center consoles, and cruisers, along the South Carolina coast from Hilton Head to Myrtle Beach. We are not a side hustle detailer, and we are not another impersonal marina service. We anticipate what an owner needs before being asked: a call after a storm to confirm all is well, a proactive note when a vessel is due for attention, a level of care that goes beyond the scope of a standard service visit.

“It's Lowcountry hospitality applied to yacht management. Premium and confident care, built on a real relationship, not a work order.”

CO-OWNER

Alex Reid

Alex Reid grew up on the waters of Cape Cod and has spent every summer on boats since 2003. That time on the water taught him how boats are run, maintained, and cared for, and what a boat means to the person who owns it.

At 15, Alex started his own marine business. Over the eight years since, he has built a loyal client base through brokerage, detailing, and full restoration work, earning repeat business through dependable service and direct communication.

Today Alex is a professional yacht broker with Capstan Yachts and a vessel manager based in Charleston. He specializes in sportfishers, express boats, walkarounds, catamarans, and center consoles, and he's an accomplished angler. When Alex works on your boat, he treats it the way he'd want his own treated.
